Throughout my treatment period I have been looked after by [name removed] and it has been a pleasure working with him. He is polite, caring, very understanding and extremely knowledgeable. He has devised a series of programmes which have been challenging but have allowed me to try and strengthen my knee. All appointments have been on time and the reception staff have always been polite and very helpful.

I am content with the current standard of service thank you.

West Berks Community Hospital is easy to get to with lots of cheap parking. Physio staff were very friendly and professional.
